Dr. Nazeerahmed Mushekhan

Nazeer is the principal dentist in Hawthorn Drive Dental practice. He qualified as a dentist in 1997 and has had extensive experience working as a dentist within the hospital and the general dental practice environment. Nazeer is passionate about continuous professional development and had been an Educational Supervisor with The London Deanery until 2016, a position in which he provided the dual role of Educational and Clinical Supervisor to a recently qualified dentist over a 12-month period, to ensure the acquisition and demonstration of dental foundation training competences. Nazeer was also appointed by the Greenwich NHS London area team, to oversee prisons dental services in and around the London region. He was responsible to provide dental services for over 5 prisons.

Nazeer holds a dental qualification from India and has had attended various training programmes in the UK including cosmetic dentistry, Masterclass in restorative dentistry from King's college hospital London, Invisalign orthodontic treatments and currently studying for his certificate training programme in implant dentistry with Straumann Implant system ITI educations.

Nazeer has been involved with patient care all his working life and as principal of the practice, he has overseen significant investments in the use of modern technology in our diagnostic processes and this includes the use of Digital X-Rays, Intra-oral Cameras, a Carestream CS8100 Cone Beam CT Scanner, iTero Flex intra-oral scanner. He ensures that a patient -centred philosophy drives the dental care we provide in our Practice.
